POST STUDIO SPACE
A primary focus of STABLE's vision is to learn more about the expanded field of artistic practice. We want to provide access for as many people in our field as possible, including non-traditional, hybrid and critical, writing art practices.
In addition to our individual studios ranging in size from 100 square feet to over 600 square feet, our “post-studio” space will allow 12 individuals who do not need traditional studios to have desk space within the STABLE complex. This shared space will be made available to artists, independent curators and art writers for $100/per month with 24/7 access. Post Studio residents may have access to the “Gray Room,” a clean space for studio visits, documenting work, or private meetings for an additional $25/per month.
Individuals are selected based on merit from a competitive pool of applicants by an external jury comprised of arts professionals, and curators.
The Post Studio space will be available when we open this Spring. Applications will be accepted through February 28, 2019. Apply today!
